Charcuterie Wreath

A charcuterie wreath is such a fun way to display appetizers during the holiday season! The perfect blend of savory meats, cheeses and fruits all gathered and arranged into a stunning display is sure to impress your guests.

There’s something about a wreath that just screams Christmas, and what better way to add a little festive cheer to your holiday table than with this holiday charcuterie wreath. This charcutwreath isn’t just any wreath, its 3D! Where all the meats. cheeses and accompaniments are put onto a foam wreath using just toothpicks. It’s a beautiful centerpiece for your holiday table and kids and adults will love picking at this!

Grocery list for the charcuterie wreath

You can really add on any items you’d like to your charcuterie wreath. I like to add a variety of cheeses, meats and fruits. You want to make sure the cheeses you pick aren’t too soft (or they won’t hold up on the wreath) and not to hard (or else they will crumble when you stick a toothpick inside of them). Here is a grocery list of everything I used so you can easily recreate!

  • Havarti cheese

  • Young gouda cheese

  • Salami

  • Grapes

  • Olives

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Fresh rosemary

You will need this foam wreath to make this and these fancy toothpicks or regular toothpicks

I suggest putting all your cheeses in first and then filling in spaces with your meats and accompaniments.

I served mine along side a variety of crackers and a cheese spread. Feel free to served with a sweet or spicy jam too!

  3. Fold your salami twice to make it look fancy (once in half, and then in half again and stick on a tooth pick)
  4. Start by adding your cheese on the foam wreath and sticking in the toothpicks spread-out all over the wreath
  5. Stick in your salami followed by other items, going around the wreath and sticking them all over to create variety of food items all over. There is not right or wrong way to do this. Let your creativity shine!
  6. Cut pieces of rosemary into smaller pieces and stick them on the wreath last to fill in gaps or spaces and complete the appetizer!
