Ingredients for BRIE CHEESE charcuterie chips
Its hard to believe that something so delicious is SO easy to make with only a few ingredients. You can also mix up the cheeses you use and just use any cheese you have extra or laying around in your cheese drawer. Its a great way to use up left over cheese!
I love adding brie cheese on these chips because it is a soft creamy cheese that melts easily and is well paired with salty chips.
