  • Butter crackers (I used Club Crackers)
  • 3 oz Boursin cheese
  • 6 oz prosciutto
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Spread a layer of Boursin cheese on each of the crackers and lay them out on the baking sheet
  3. Cut your prosciutto slice so that each slice can fit on a cracker (I was able to cut each prosciutto slice into 4 smaller slices to fit perfectly on my crackers)
  4. Add a slice of prosciutto on each cracker
  5. Sprinkle on some brown sugar and red pepper flakes
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the brown sugar caramelizes
