Caprese Charcuterie Chips

There are really so many flavor combinations that you can make with these! You can crumble on an earthy blue cheese, shred on havarti cheese or camembert, or even add a crumbly feta.

Caprese Charcuterie Chips
Ingredients
- 8 oz bag of kettle chips (1 bag)
- 5 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chopped up cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp chopped up fresh basil
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Lay out your kettle chips on the baking sheet
- Freshly grate your mozzarella cheese and sprinkle a layer on top of your chips
- Add your chopped up tomatoes on top of your cheese and bake for 8 minutes until the cheese has melted
- Out of the oven add on a drizzle of balsamic glaze and add on your chopped up basil and ENJOY right away!
