Fun & Engaging Event!!

I highly recommend this charcuterie class for a team-building event for a small to medium sized group. Our team of around eight people really enjoyed doing this event together - and we did it all virtually! It was a lot of fun and we had a great charcuterie instructor who not only showed us how to cut the different foods properly, and placing them aesthetically on a charcuterie board, but also things like what's the best cheese knife to buy, how to properly store cheeses in the refrigerator, etc. I highly recommend this class!
