Ingredients for charcuterie chips

Its hard to believe that something so delicious is SO easy to make with only a few ingredients. You can also mix up the cheeses you use and just use any cheese you have extra or laying around in your cheese drawer. Its a great way to use up left over cheese!

Find the ingredients below so you can make these:

  • Kettle chips

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Salami

  • Fig jam

  • Fresh thyme (optional garnish)

There are really so many flavor combinations that you can make with these! You can crumble on an earthy blue cheese, shred on mozzarella or camembert, or even add a crumbly feta.

For toppings out of the oven try using jams like peach, apricot, berry, or for a spicy twist, drizzle on some chili crisp or hot honey (a personal favorite). Let me know your favorite combination in the comments below!

I liked using finely shredded cheese- make sure to shred it fresh! The pre-shredded cheese does not melt as well in the oven and its always better & more flavorful freshly grated.
