This is one of those appetizers that you can throw together easily in a few minutes! When you roast grapes they blister and burst in the oven. The juices that come out of them are sweet, jammy and savory with that hint of balsamic. The flavors pair beautifully with burrata cheese and this can eaten as it or with crackers or a crispy warm baguette.
Ingredients for Roasted GRAPE & Burrata cheese
What I love about this recipe is that is it quick and easy to make. It is also a great way to use up grapes that are on the verge of spoiling or getting wrinkly. Roast them up and they are as good as new! This is a light appetizer that isn’t too filling to serve up to guests or for you to eat as a light lunch. You can always add some arugula in there if you’d like to make this more of a salad.
Here are all the ingredients that you’ll need for this recipe:
Burrata cheese
Red grapes
Olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Salt
Fresh thyme or rosemary
The salt and balsamic glaze might not seem necessary, but they are for this recipe! Red grapes are naturally sweet, but the salt and balsamic compliments the grapes and breaks down the sweetness and jamminess which is what you want after roasting them!
My favorite pans to use are by USA pan - great quality and they never change color or warp on me. At such a great price point you can’t go wrong!

- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
- fresh thyme and rosemary (garnish)

- While they bake, place your burrata cheese on a dish and open it up using a knife and fork. Add a drizzle of olive oil on it and sea salt to lightly season the cheese.
