Pumpkin Charcuterie

It’s so easy to make- instead of displaying charcuterie and cheese on a board, stick them on a pumpkin with toothpicks. It will get your guests talking and give that WOW factor when hosting.

Ingredients for PUMPKIN CHARCUTERIE

Find below everything that I included on this pumpkin and feel free to add whatever else you’d like! You can easily add on other cheeses or meats. I would serve this alongside some crackers and fig jam for something sweet. Here’s your list of ingredients to easily shop at the grocery store!

  • White Cheddar

  • Salami

  • Grapes

  • Olives

  • Fresh Rosemary


TIP: make sure you clean your pumpkin well before sticking on the food items- I cleaned mine with dish soap and water and dried it off with paper towel. Squeaky clean!

Ingredients

  • White Cheddar
  • Salami
  • Olives
  • Grapes
  • Fresh Rosemary (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut your cheese into cubes and put on toothpicks
  2. Fold your salami in half and then in half again and put on toothpicks
  3. Put your other food accompaniments on toothpicks
  4. Arrange all food items randomly on the pumpkin
  5. Fill in spaces with pieces of fresh rosemary
