FRIENDMAS Dinner Party

FRIENDMAS is the best way to gather your friends this holiday season and enjoy good food, laughs, sips and make memories together!

To take some the stress out of holiday hosting I want to share with you all inspiration in this blog post to recreate this into your own! You will find a editable invitation and menu below as well as links to everything I used!

The theme for this party was a classic Christmas- lots of reds, greens and bows! I hung ornaments from my ceiling, used red paper as a table cloth (which also made for easy clean up) and of course we exchanged gifts through White Elephant!

This self serve cocktail station was a HUGE hit for the girls to make themselves drinks at the pish of a button! There are different cocktail pods for this machine that you can put in and it will mix and pour your drink within seconds.

Pro tip:

You can easily hang ornaments from your ceiling using fishing line and command hooks. I purchased these $5 ornaments from target for the party and hung them above the kitchen island to tie the theme together!

Bows on candle sticks always add a festive elegant touch! This is the BEST ribbon i have found for making the most perfect bows. It’s high quality at a great price!

Below you will find an editable invitation & menu card to make hosting this party that much easier! Simply add in your party details and send out the invitations to friends.

Three holiday games I recommend playing:

1) BAG- all you need for this game is a paper bag. People take turns trying to pick up the bag with only their mouth. When they pick it up they rip the piece off with their hands that the bit and put it back on the ground. The bag will slowly get smaller and smaller and guests have to try getting it without using any hands to help. This is SUCH a fun game and will have everyone howling!

2) Reindeer Food- You will need red solo cups, paper plates and marshmallows. People will have red solo cups on their hands (to act as hooves) and have to try to pick up the marshmallows in the middle of the table with their “hooves” and place the marshmallows on the plate in front of them. The person with the most marshmallows on their plate at the end wins!

3) Ornament in a Cup- You will need string/ribbon, ornaments and tape for this game. People need to tie a red solo cup to their stomach using string and tape an ornament with string on it to the cup (the ornament will be dangling between their legs). The goal of the game is to use any force necessary to get your ornament into your cup.
